Return Policy

For appliances if found defective, please contact customer service at "Venere India Marketing Pvt Ltd." and instructions on how to return the same will be given. Once the defective goods are received back, a replacement will be sent immediately.

We're dedicated at to offering you the best quality in our products and our service. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 15 days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives;.

If any packages are returned back to due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers are subject to pay a 25% restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by to send the shipment. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received.

  • Always report any and all problems associated with a single order at the same time.
  • Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, especially in the case of DVDs (including defective chapter name), as all returned items are examined for defects. Non-defective DVDs shall be returned to the customer and no shipping charges shall be refunded to them.
